Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy: We really want you to be happy with our products. For this, we ensure each item is personally inspected before getting shipped. In case it does not meet your expectations in any way, please contact us and we’ll assist you with returns and refunds. We accept returns and exchanges

RETURNS

You can return your order only if you: – received a wrong item – received a damaged item – didn’t receive it in time (gift) If this is the case, we’ll be happy to issue a refund (after deducting a small shipping cost). Please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order and return your items within 5 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the products are in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected].

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us immediately upon recieveing the order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGE

FREE Exchange of a product is possible for the same value. If the exchange is accepted, we will ship the new product
as soon as we recieve the originaly purchased product. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the original product has to be borne by the customer.

NOTES: Credit card transaction fees aren’t returned to you when you issue a refund.

Succesfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details.

at [email protected]. We will not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non- delivery due to error in the address that you provide.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, We will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.
